In order to control the epidemic risks associated with COVID 19, the Regional Health Agency of Reunion Island is processing personal data. The purpose of this scheme is: - to identify travelers going to Reunion Island; - to confirm the completion of screening before their departure for Reunion Island; - raise awareness among people who have traveled to Reunion Island so that they can procede to do a new test: screening test after a period of 5 days after their arrival. The information collected in this context is used exclusively to respond to the current health situation. Legal basis for processing These processing operations are based on the performance of a mission of public interest (article 6.1.e. GDPR). In addition, the collection and processing of this data by the RHA fall within the framework of Article R. 3115-67 of the Public Health Code. What data are being processed? The data being processed concern all persons traveling to Reunion Island. The data are collected from the people who are involved The data relate to: - the identification of persons including their name, first name, date of birth and contact details. Recipients of the data The recipients of these datas, to the necessary extent for the performance of the mission entrusted to them, are the agents of the RHA. These data may also be transmitted to any partner in all or part of the missions assigned to the RHA. Only the data strictly necessary for the accomplishment of the said partner's mission will be transmitted under conditions preserving their confidentiality and security. All of these people are subject to professional secrecy.
